Hand Drawn Background

This is a background design that I decided to draw up from an old storyboard. It's very almost 'anime' because of the warm blues and greens, the slight lens flare, and because almost every shot in a japanese animation that is outside looks pretty much like this! It's just missing giant space buildings in the distance ... oh, and Pikachu.
